Café Carleton

Situated across the concourse from Draper’s and overlooking The Casino Club, Café Carleton is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, with live cabaret shows beginning at 9:00pm. The atmosphere is sophisticated, with top-shelf wines and spirits available by the glass. The venue is named in honor of The Greenbrier’s late interior decorator, Carleton Varney, and serves as a tribute to his lasting impact on America’s Resort.

Don’t miss A Taste of Tequila on Thursday evenings and Bourbon at the Bar each Friday and Saturday. Two sessions of these popular tastings are offered each evening, at 5:00 and 6:00pm.

A Taste of Tequila includes a tequila board featuring four samples, along with salt and lime wedges. Light bar snacks are also available, and an event host will provide information about each spirit.

Bourbon at the Bar features a sampling of The Greenbrier’s private-select bourbons, available exclusively at America’s Resort, with an experienced member of The Greenbrier’s beverage team providing tips on nosing and tasting. The tasting includes five 1-ounce pours paired with a domestic charcuterie plate.
