In-Fusion is a destination unto itself. Located in the heart of the Casino Club at The Greenbrier, this dining venue is exclusively for adults age 21 years and older. The menu offers a variety of small plates from various parts of China, Japan, Korea and Thailand designed to allow the entire table a sampling of Pacific Rim cuisines. The feature of this Zen dining experience is a unique Sushi Bar located in the center of the restaurant.

With touches of Asian elegance in the décor, the restaurant menu features signature dishes such as Chicken Spring Rolls, Chilean Sea Bass and Korean BBQ Glazed Beef Shortribs. Specialty cocktails, along with an excellent saké and Asian beer list, harmonize beautifully in this modern Asian atmosphere of innovative dishes and exceptional service.
 

Open for dinner Wednesday thru Saturday from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm.

5:00 - 7:00 pm: Resort casual attire, including collared sport shirts, sweaters, jackets, dress slacks and walking shorts.
After 7:00 pm: Business casual attire. Jacket required for gentlemen; dresses, evening suits, dress slacks, dress capris for ladies.

Restrictions: Adults only - 21 years and older.  Open only to overnight resort guests, members of The Greenbrier Sporting Club and The Greenbrier Golf & Tennis Club, as well as attendees of an event or convention staying off-property when more than 400 rooms are occupied.
