In-Fusion is a destination unto itself. Located in the heart of the Casino Club at The Greenbrier. The menu offers a variety of small plates from various parts of China, Japan, Korea and Thailand designed to allow the entire table a sampling of Pacific Rim cuisines.
This Zen dining venue features a unique Sushi Bar located in the center of the restaurant. With touches of Asian elegance in the décor, the restaurant menu features signature dishes such as Soy Roasted Sea Bass, General Tso’s Chicken and numerous Sushi Bar items. Specialty cocktails infused with citrus and fresh herbs, along with an excellent saké and Asian beer list, harmonize beautifully in this modern Asian atmosphere of innovative dishes and exceptional service.
