The Greenbrier's Main Dining Room
Experience contemporary dining in our elegant Main Dining Room which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year (1913-2013)! This Quintessential Greenbrier Experience features our timeless classics such as our Cream of Five Onion Soup and Greenbrier Peaches served beneath dazzling custom-made chandeliers. The stately columns and magnificent arched windows bring the ambiance of a dignified Southern mansion to life.
Breakfast is a gracious and traditional affair featuring regional signatures, American favorites and delicious healthy options served a la carte and buffet style. In the evening, guests arrive dressed to impress for a world-class culinary experience that includes signature Greenbrier dishes. The white-glove service is seamlessly choreographed into an amazing show featuring a graciously attentive staff.
Breakfast: Resort casual attire. Collared sport shirts, sweaters, jackets, slacks and walking shorts.
Dinner: Business formal attire. Jacket and tie required for gentlemen; dresses or evening suits for ladies. No denim.
Children 10 and older are asked to wear attire similar to that of adults.
