The Greenbrier's Main Dining Room

Experience the epitome of Grand Southern Resort dining in our elegant Main Dining Room - celebrating 100 years of service! Dazzling custom-made chandeliers, stately columns and magnificent arched windows bring the ambiance of a dignified Southern mansion to life.

Breakfast is a gracious and traditional affair featuring southern signatures, American favorites and delicious healthy options served a la carte and buffet style. In the evening, guests arrive dressed to impress for a world-class culinary experience that includes classic Greenbrier dishes or our new Chef's Table. Graciously attentive staff provide seamless service.


Main Dining Room Breakfast & Afternoon Tea: Denim and exercise attire are not permittedResort attire is required (collared sport shirts, sweaters, jackets, dress slacks and walking shorts). Hats are not allowed to be worn, but bonnets are always in style for the ladies.
Main Dining Room Dinner: No denim. Ladies and gentlemen in their finest. Jacket and tie required for men and dresses or evening suits for women. Men’s hats and baseball caps are not permitted, but bonnets are always in style for the ladies.
Children: Ages 10 and older are required to wear attire similar to that of adults.

Breakfast: Daily, 7:00am - 11:00am.
Afternoon Tea: 
Daily, 4:00pm - 4:45pm.
Dinner (traditional): Daily, 6:00pm - 9:00pm.
Dinner (chef's table): Fridays & Saturday, 6:00pm.

Chef's Table

Join us for the newest dining experience at The Greenbrier! Dine behind closed doors right in the heart of our Main Dining Room kitchen. Enjoy a ten course tasting menu served with eight wines while watching our award-winning culinary team in action. This unique dining experience is available on Fridays and Saturdays at 6:00pm.
