WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — (January 19, 2022): Spas of America, the largest spa and wellness travel website, recently named The Greenbrier Spa No. 4 on its list of the Top 100 Spas of 2021. The list features spas throughout North America, and the Top 100 list represents the top 20 percent of spa resorts in the country. Included on the list are 84 spas from the United States, 13 spas from Canada and three from Mexico. Spas in 38 states and provinces are included in the list.

It also fits on the list of casino spas, which was another popular experience.
The origins of The Greenbrier Spa date back to 1778, when visitors first came to White Sulphur Springs to “take the waters” of the natural sulfur springs. They drank and bathed in the waters to help cure various ailments.
