Set against sweeping views of the Greenbrier Valley, this open-fire experience blends culinary mastery with mountain charm. Arnold’s signature, high-energy style turns the grill into a stage, where bold flavors, live-fire techniques and interactive demonstrations bring guests into the heart of the action.

As Arnold crafts the centerpiece of the meal, The Greenbrier’s celebrated culinary team elevates the experience with thoughtfully prepared sides and indulgent desserts. As the evening unfolds, live entertainment sets the tone while Smooth Ambler Spirits’ Whiskey Wagon offers a curated cash bar, pairing perfectly with the smoky richness from the fire.
