Policies & Must-Know Information
- Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity. For corporate and special events, reservations must be canceled 72 hours before the time of the activity.
- Drivers must be 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
- Passenger minimum age is 12 years old and 4’9” tall.
- The driver and all passengers are required to wear a helmet, eye protection, long-sleeve shirt, gloves, long pants, and over-the-ankle boots.
