Schedule of Events
Sunday, June 8
- Guest arrivals. Early check-in based on room availability.
- Starting at 8:00am, Practice rounds available all day (tee times reserved by contacting the Pro Shop)
Monday, June 9
- 9:00am: Shotgun start for Round 1 on The Meadows
- Afternoon Par 3 contest at The Ashford with Garage Beer
- 9:00pm: Garage Beer Party at 42 Below in The Greenbrier Casino
Tuesday, June 10
- 9:00am: Shotgun start for Round 2 on The Old White (Paige will be awaiting each group on the 18th tee for a photo, with her tee shot being optional for use.)
- Awards ceremony to follow
- Guest departures
- Two-night minimum stay required.
- Forecaddies will accompany each group on The Old White prior to 3:00pm at no extra charge. (Gratuity based on level of service received and are at guest’s discretion)
- Forecaddies are not required on The Meadows Course but are available upon advance request for an additional fee of $45 per player.
- Suggested forecaddie gratuity – $25 per player and up based on level of service received.
- Rates are based on Traditional Rooms. All other room types are subject to upgrade fees.
- All rates and packages are subject to availability.
- Historic Preservation Fund, Daily Resort Fee, and Taxes are additional.
- Additional 3rd or 4th Non-Golfing Adults in Guestroom: $50/adult/night.
