Policies & Must-Know Information
Cancellations made more than one month prior to the event will not incur a fee. Cancellations made between one month and 24 hours prior to the start of the activity will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time will be charged the full cost of the experience.
