Greenbrier Creekside Gardens is a new facility on the banks of Howard’s Creek, home to incredible native trout and scenic beauty. The concept of Greenbrier Creekside Gardens is to provide guests of America’s Resort an opportunity to dine in a picturesque outdoor setting and enjoy delectable meals featuring ingredients grown and harvested locally and prepared fresh. Menus — created specifically for your dining experience by Executive Chef Bryan Skelding and the award-winning culinary team at America’s Resort — will include trout native to the Greenbrier Valley, as well as vegetables and herbs grown in the same gardens where your guests will dine. Menus and service styles can vary per your occasion, taking full advantage of the freshest foods available. We offer plated, dine-around or family style settings.
