Nestled within the breathtaking Copeland Hill enclave, Copeland Hill 31 is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom cottage reimagined and customized by the late Carleton Varney. Its open floorplan sets the stage for a thoughtfully composed and uniquely creative home, complete with a fireplace, a full-length covered back porch, an enormous mural hand painted by Michael Peck, a wet bar with built-in cabinets, a kitchen with granite counters and custom cabinets, custom tile, and phenomenal hardwood floor that is stenciled and stained.
