The Wintertime Group Offer is available for new groups booking at least 15 rooms for two nights on select nights highlighted below.

All Qualified Groups will Receive the Following:

Room rates starting at $200 per night
Reduced resort fee of $29 per night
Waived attrition clause
Special seasonal banquet menus

Each Group Can Choose Two of the Following Concessions:

One Complimentary guest room for every 30 paid guest rooms
One complimentary upgrade for every 10 paid guest rooms
Complimentary meeting room for general session
20% discount on audiovisual equipment if Encore is used exclusively
Complimentary valet parking
20% discount on Greenbrier-owned activities (Does not include Bunker Tours)

Available on new programs only and the use of this offer must be disclosed with the final signed Letter of Agreement. Offer does not apply to existing executed Letters of Agreement.
$200 room rate is for Traditional or Run of House Rooms. Upgraded accommodations are available for an additional fee. Taxes and fees are additional.
All groups must have a two night minimum stay.
This offer is subject to availability and may change without notice.
Standard contract terms and conditions are negotiable dependent on size of program, dates, pattern, etc.
Promotion cannot be combined with any other hotel offers.
Letter of Agreement must take place before March 31, 2025.
