Hikes
For those lovers of the great outdoors, The Greenbrier offers ten different hikes,
guided by a fitness specialist. Trails vary in difficulty and length and can be
customized based on your time and interests.

Golf Fitness Training
Train like the pros with a proven golf workout developed by The Greenbrier’s own
Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This workout focuses on strengthening and
lengthening the muscles to create more power and balance in your swing.

Great as a pre-round or post-round stretching routine. A certified fitness
professional will address the flexibility needs of each individual golfer with
