Paddle Boarding


Head to nearby Lake Moomaw for an afternoon of stand up paddle boarding with friends and family. This popular new activity is the fast-growing watersport for a reason - people of all ages, skill levels, and experience can be up and riding in no time.

Paddle boarding at The Greenbrier is a four-hour activity, including two and a half hours on the water, shuttle ride and preparation time. All paddle boarding equipment as well as life jackets are provided.

$165* per person.
$1,650* private event. (up to 10 guests) $165* per additional guest  
Gratuity, tax and Historic Preservation Fund are additional.


Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the time of the activity. A non-cancellation fee will be charged to those who do not follow this procedure.

Lake Moomaw is located ~45 minutes from The Greenbrier. The shuttle departs from Greenbrier Outfitters located next to the Outdoor Pool.



There is no age limit, but children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 



Guests should be equipped with comfortable swimwear, a ball cap or visor, sunglasses and sunscreen; shorts over swimsuit are suggested. Do not bring cotton items to wear on the water.
