
Chef Meredith Flavin graduated from the apprenticeship program at The Broadmoor Hotel, in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2002. Upon Graduation she moved to Nashville Tennessee and became Sous Chef at Mambu, a chef owned independent restaurant, where she maintained this position for three years. Following this she returned to her birthplace of Dallas, Texas where she worked at Brook Hollow, a private golf and country club, as Chef De Cuisine. In 2011 Chef Flavin joined the Greenbrier culinary team where she started as lead chef of The Forum. She stayed in this position for two years and then transferred to Prime 44 West where she is the Chef de Cuisine.
