The culinary experiences at The Greenbrier Sporting Club satisfy the epicurean in all of us.

With two distinct restaurants, one each at The Lodge and The Summit, members can find whatever their palate desires.

The Lodge restaurant provides a button-down dining environment with a level of service unmatched in resort living. The creativity of our chefs results in unforgettable dining experiences that form a staple in The Greenbrier Sporting Club lifestyle. Lunch and Dinner are both served at The Lodge, at which diners may enjoy terrace seating during the sunny season.  An all-day dining menu is available in the Lounge and a children's menu is available during all hours of operation.

The Summit offers a more casual, family-friendly setting - serving rustic regional fare, with a full children's menu. The Summit's a la carte menu is available all day, featuring daily lunch and dinner specials. Much like The Lodge, The Summit restaurant uses locally produced products in many of their creations, which may include fried chicken, chili-lime dusted skirt steak, and smoke baby back ribs. The Summit also serves such favorites as Fruits de Mer: oysters on the half shell, clams, mussels and shrimp. The Summit is where our members go when they crave comfort foods and a fantastic view.

Many of our chefs' creations incorporate produce and meats from our local farmers. These farmers are carefully chosen to ensure that their practices are in accordance to the organic principles The Greenbrier Sporting Club promotes. Also, in keeping with its mission of providing foods with your health and the environment in mind, the club began growing its own gardens in 2008. The gardens supply chefs with fresh tomatoes, squash, beans, melons and a variety of herbs and other produce.

In addition, a knowledgeable and experienced staff of blue ribbon winners with 32 years of experience oversees naturally grown variety of prize-winning produce used in our restaurants. Located to our East in Virginia, on 40-acres of pristine beauty, Greenbrier Farm takes farm-to-the-table dining to the next level at The Greenbrier Sporting Club.
