Speilman works specifically with the executive meetings market, focusing on group meetings of 25 rooms or less. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Virginia Polytechnic University in Blacksburg, VA. She originally joined The Greenbrier in 2006 as a sales assistant and was promoted in 2007. Since 2002, she has also been a horse trainer and riding instructor at the Black Bear Equestrian Center in Covington, VA.
