Registration and Room Registration

The Symposium's $475 registration fee includes all workshop sessions, receptions and lunches Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Breakfast and dinner daily, including the private Symposium dinners, are included in your daily room rate. The registration fee and $300 room deposit (total $775) may be paid by check or credit card and is required in order to secure a space for the conference. Please fill out the information below and we will contact you to arrange for payment.
