The Main Dining Room
Since 1913, the elegant Main Dining Room is the essence of The Greenbrier dining experience. Its expansive ceiling is adorned with sparkling chandeliers. Stately columns and arched windows give it the ambiance of a dignified Southern mansion.
Executive Chef Rich Rosendale preserves The Greenbrier’s culinary reputation with his classically inspired menu, which includes signature dishes created by our honored culinary staff. Breakfast, a gracious affair, is served a la carte. From fresh-squeezed juices to regional favorites, breakfast in the Main Dining Room is the perfect way to start your day.
The Dinner menu features a variety of classic American delights, including vegetarian options. Live piano and violin music accompany each dinner hour.
