The Greenbrier's Gold Service was first used in 1956 and has continued to be used for the most special occasions - including yours. Your wedding guests will be seated at tables where opulent place settings consist of a 24-carat gold vermeil and bone china plate, centered with an overlay of The Greenbrier Springhouse, 24-carat gold flatware and superior glassware.
The grandest of our plated dinners, the Gold Service features a higher ration of guests to staff, servers donned in a unique uniform, table set-up, menus printed on our special Gold Service stock, our Gold Service China, floor-length ivory Damask linens, gold Chivari chairs with white or ivory chair cushions, and votive candles. Our Gold Service Dinners are designed to accommodate parties from 24 to 180 guests. *There is a twenty-four guest minimum for our Gold Service Dinners

The cost of our White Glove Dinners include servers - attired in white gloves, of course - , table set-up, menus printed on our special White Glove stock, White Bone China, sterling silver flatware and floor- length white or black sateen and cotton linens. *There is a twenty-guest minimum for our White Glove Dinners.

The Greenbrier offers many truly unique affairs and locations from casual dinners with a variety of dinner buffet events to very elegant and formal evenings. From a wedding reception with multiple grazing stations to a more relaxed wedding event with family-style service, The Greenbrier's dine-around events include one server for every 25 guests, table set-up, White Bone china, sterling silver flatware and standard floor length white linens. *There is a twenty-five guest minimum for our buffet or dine-around menus.
