The Greenbrier Chef's Garden
The Greenbrier Chef's Garden provides farm-to-table dining for The Greenbrier Dining Collection. Located on 43-acres of pristine farmland just east of the resort, The Greenbrier Chef's Garden grows approximately 25 varieties of fruits and vegetables using no pesticides. A knowledgeable and experienced staff of blue ribbon winners with 32 years of experience oversees the planting and harvesting of prize-winning produce including heirloom tomatoes.
